Signifyr offers a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee with no questions asked when you buy online through signifyr.co.uk. The buyer is liable for the cost of the return shipping to Signifyr.
However if you buy a Signifyr product from us at an exhibition, gallery, or event, then you are buying the work as seen and as such it is non-returnable.

Returns Policy
1. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased from us online, then please return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
2. The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service. It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination.
3. Signifyr will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
4.The customer must return the items within 14 days of receipt with items and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.
5.After we have received the returned items, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the items returned. Please see our returns policy.
6. Signifyr products purchased at an exhibition, gallery, or event are non-returnable.

Please email [email protected] and we will send you a Returns Form and a return address. Please print the Returns Form and include it with the items when returning them. We advise you to opt for a Signed For delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
